Detailed introduction

Catalytic combustion device refers to a device or equipment that burns under the action of a catalyst. The working principle of the catalytic combustion device is: with the help of a catalyst, the organic waste gas is flamelessly burned at a lower light-off temperature, and the organic waste gas is decomposed into non-toxic carbon dioxide and water vapor. The electric control system of the catalytic burner consists of PLC controller, text display, frequency converter, igniter, ultraviolet sensor, thermocouple and other electric control equipment and fan. In addition, a zero pressure valve adjusts the ratio of gas to air. Catalytic combustion


Combustibles burn under the action of a catalyst. Compared with direct combustion, the catalytic combustion temperature is lower and the combustion is relatively complete. The catalyst used for catalytic combustion is a substance containing noble metals and metal oxides. For example, household catalytic gas stoves loaded with Pd or rare earth compounds can reduce the CO content in the exhaust gas and improve thermal efficiency. Loaded with 0.2%pt alumina catalyst, at 500℃, it can burn most organic compounds, deodorize and purify to below chemical shift σ=1. Catalytic combustion is flameless combustion, so it is suitable for occasions with high safety requirements, such as fuel cells using H2 and O2 as raw materials, and furnaces using gasoline or alcohol as raw materials (catalysts are Pt asbestos impregnated). For example, to eliminate NOx smoke from a chemical plant, fuel can be added to the smoke, and the supported platinum and palladium catalysts are used to catalytically burn NOx into N2 gas. Use proper catalysts and use combustion methods that decompose and oxidize combustible substances in harmful gases at lower temperatures.
