Electrophoresis tank (main tank)

The electrophoresis tank is stored, and the object to be coated is electrophoresed in it. The tank capacity is determined by ensuring the target film thickness, and all other devices for electrophoretic coating serve this tank.

Ensure that the formation of the coating film (throwing power, film thickness distribution, etc.) is divided into the main tank and the auxiliary tank, and the tank liquid overflows from the tank to the auxiliary tank.

Tank liquid circulation stirring system

The tank liquid is blown out with a tank liquid circulation nozzle set at the bottom of the tank, and the tank is stirred to keep the paint uniform in the tank, prevents the precipitation of pigments, cools and heats the painted surface, and removes the diffused electrolytic bubbles. The circulating pump, the piping in the tank, The blow-out nozzle, etc. make up the piping in the tank. The nozzle is made of plastic, and the piping outside the tank is made of stainless steel to prevent galvanic corrosion.

filter device

Coarse filter: filter out foreign matter falling into the tank to protect the circulating pump. Precision filter: remove dust and particles in the tank liquid, reduce the coating dust and particles on the surface of the car body. The metal mesh type is mostly used, and the cylindrical roll or bag type made of fiber and with a large permeable area is mostly used.

Heat exchanger

Exchange the heat converted from the electrical energy of the power-off coating and the mechanical energy of the pump to ensure the stable bath temperature <28 ± 1) ℃. As the anode of cathodic electrophoresis, the heat exchanger is installed in the tank liquid circulation pipeline, and a stainless steel plate heat exchanger is used. Generally use 7~10℃ water for cooling; use 40~45℃ warm water for heating.

Electrode and polar fluid circulation system

Remove the remaining neutralizing acid (HAc) produced by electrophoresis, keep the neutralization concentration stable, and achieve the purpose of electrophoretic coating and maintaining the acid concentration in the tank. There are two types of electrodes: diaphragm electrode and bare electrode. The electrode is made of acid-resistant stainless steel (SUS316, etc.).

DC electrophoresis power supply

The rectifier that generates direct current is used for electrophoretic coating current. In the case of cathodic electrophoresis, the car body is used as the (-1) pole, and it is energized through the insulated bus bar and the wire on the side of the rack. In the case of continuous production, a large-capacity power supply is required.

Spare slot (replacement slot)

It is used to empty the electrophoresis tank during regular cleaning and maintenance, and temporarily store the tank solution. To prevent the tank solution from settling and deteriorating, it also needs to be cyclically stirred.

Electrophoresis painting room

Protect the electrophoresis tank, prevent electric shock, prevent the diffusion of solvent vapor, and have an exhaust ventilation system.

Electrophoresis cleaning equipment

The floating paint attached to the car body is removed, the paint is recovered, and the appearance quality of the coating film is improved. It is sprayed and dipped with UF liquid, and the reverse process is returned to the main tank.

Electrophoresis paint ultrafiltration recovery device

Provide cleaning solution after electrophoresis, recover paint to remove impurity ions in the tank solution, reduce the conductivity of the tank solution, and use the ED-RO device to purify the UF solution instead of pure water to achieve a fully enclosed situation.
