4. Slewing device: The steering of the suspension conveyor system in the horizontal plane is realized by steering sprocket, grooved smooth wheel or roller set. 5. Tensioning device: The tensioning device is a device used to change the tension of the suspension conveyor due to the wear of the chain and the elongation of the chain length caused by thermal expansion and contraction when the temperature rises. Commonly used tensioning devices are There are three types of hammer type, spring type and pneumatic hydraulic type. The tensioning device is generally set on a transport section with low tension or close to tension. It is usually placed on a curved section not far behind the drive unit.

6. Driving device: When the length of the line does not exceed 500m, generally only one driving device is placed. When the line is very long or more complicated, it is necessary to place multiple driving devices. There are two types of driving devices: angular drive device and crawler drive device. . The angular drive device is installed at the 90° turning point on the conveying line, and transmits traction through the engagement of the drive sprocket and the traction chain. The crawler driving device is installed on the straight end of the conveying line, and the traction force is transmitted by the engagement of the protruding head 4 on the crawler chain of the driving device and the traction chain.
