1. Painting line

1.1 The air-supply and exhaust pipes of the coating should be checked for their tightness every day, and no water or air leakage should be allowed.

1.2 The filter cotton on the top of the chamber should be inspected regularly, and the dust should be removed or replaced in time. Clean up every 3 months and replace once a year.

1.3 The paint mist coagulant is added to the circulating pool regularly, and the filter, sink, and grille should be cleaned frequently (every week). Paint mist flocculant is administered every two months.

1.4 The fan belt should be replaced every six months (it also depends on the production situation).

1.5 Grinding and cleaning the indoor filter bag needs to be cleaned once every two weeks (depending on the production situation).

1.6 In the lubrication method of the painting fan motor, the (butter) oil cup is turned once a month (the oil cup should be filled in time), the oil is added once every three months, and the butter is lubricated once every two months .

Second, the accumulation chain

2.1 Add grease to the rollers of the chain guide rails and add grease once every six months (can be carried out in batches).

2.2 Add butter to the duckbill head of the accumulation chain trolley once every six months.

2.3 The spray lubrication of the accumulation chain shall be sprayed once a week, and the time shall not be less than four hours. (The oil tank needs to be replenished in time)

2.4 Check the fixing bolts on the tensioning drive device of the product chain once a month

2.5 The operating conditions of the connecting and fixing bolts of each sprocket of the accumulation chain should be observed every day.
