Drying room requirements:

1. Drying room size: 1.5 meters × 2 meters × 2.5 meters (depth × width × height) (three sets)

2. Heating method of drying room: electric heating

3. Heating temperature range: RT-140℃ adjustable; at the same time, the safety of the drying room meets the requirements of relevant standards.

4. Temperature fluctuation: ≤±0.5℃

5. Temperature uniformity: ≤±2.5%

6. Heating time: the time from room temperature to high temperature is less than 60min.

7. The surface temperature of the cabinet is not more than RT+30℃

8. If the temperature is too high, the power will be cut off automatically, with sound and light alarm and interlocking electrical control.

9. Material requirements: The chamber body adopts a steel frame structure; the heating inner wall is made of 1.2mm stainless steel, the outer plate is made of 1.0mm galvanized sheet, and the insulation layer is made of high-density rock wool material with a thickness of 150mm. The rest comply with relevant industry standards and specifications.

10. The air inlet of the drying room of the automatic paint spraying line is equipped with an air filter, and the filter material is required to withstand a high temperature of 180°C or more.

12. Open a double door on one side of the width direction of the drying room (can be opened 180 degrees), the door opens outwards and has a locking device; the material of the door body requires high temperature resistant materials, heat preservation effect, and good sealing. At the same time, a reasonable cart rack is designed in each drying room (with racks and the racks can be loaded and unloaded).

13. The heating and drying part of the drying room has functions such as temperature adjustment, digital display, over-temperature alarm, and smoke alarm.

14. Each oven is equipped with a hot exhaust gas exhaust pipe, which is connected to the demand-side exhaust gas treatment system.
