Since acid-base sewage is highly corrosive and needs to be properly treated before it can be discharged, the methods and principles of industrial sewage treatment mainly include the following points:
(1) For high-concentration acid-base sewage, priority should be given to whether such sewage can be recycled. According to water quality, water quantity and different process requirements, the factory or regional dispatch should be reused as much as possible. If it cannot be reused, acid and alkali can be recovered by concentration.
(2) For low-concentration sewage, if the amount of water is large, it will be concentrated into high-concentration acid-base sewage for use, such as the washing water of the pickling tank and the rinsing water of the alkali washing tank. If it cannot be used, the neutralization method can be used to neutralize acid and alkali sewage treatment.
