The paint circulation system is composed of multiple material supply pipes. It is used to maintain and control the process requirements of the paint and transport the paint to the painting station at a certain pressure and flow rate. It includes a central paint supply equipment ( Pumps, paint treatment components, air treatment components, paint buckets, control parts), outlet components and piping systems of spraying stations.

When designing a paint circulation system, you must determine the paint circulation method at the beginning. To determine the paint circulation method, you must comprehensively consider various factors such as the type of paint sent, the scale of investment, product requirements and development.


(1) Supervisor circulation


Supervisor circulation is a simple and basic circulation method. In some cars, the intermediate paint, varnish and solvents also use this kind of circulation method. In this circulation mode, the main pipe circulates the paint to each spray gun, and then returns to the paint mixing room. In addition, some deformations of this form, such as low-level supervisors, are also used by some automobile factories to transport metallic paint.


(2) Two-line loop


The two-line circulation system is designed based on the principles of engineering, and it is an ideal system in an ideal state. The so-called ideal state is that there is ideal symmetry in the supply pipe and return pipe of the system. In this case, the system does not need and cannot use another voltage regulator to control and balance the system. In this system, paint is supplied to each branch pipe through a main pipe that gradually changes from thick to thin, and then flows back to the paint booth through a main pipe that gradually changes from thin to thick. The network of supply pipes and return pipe systems should be Completely symmetrical.


(3) Three-line loop


Among all the circulation forms, the system control and flexibility of the three-line circulation system are better. The system combines the advantages of the main circulation and the two-line circulation. It should be said that it is a better comprehensive system in terms of design structure and system expansion.


The system includes a main circulation pipeline and a gradual return pipe. This gradual return pipe is the low pressure pipe in the system. Each spraying station of the system is equipped with a wall-mounted pressure regulator, and circulates to the gun through the pressure regulator installed on the gun. Among them, the wall-mounted pressure regulator is used to control the circulation volume of the outlet, and the pressure regulator under the gun can control the paint supply volume according to the circulation volume of the gun.
