Let semi-finished products and finished products be produced simultaneously. Semi-finished products cannot be overstocked. When the process of semi-finished products is relatively simple and there are too many processes, it is easy to cause overstock of semi-finished products. Because there are too many semi-finished products, the chance of quality problems will increase when the finished products are produced together, and the quality problems will be difficult to solve after the finished products. If the semi-finished product and the finished product are produced simultaneously, quality problems can be followed up and improved at any time, so as not to cause too much rework.

3. Arrangement of finished product process. In fact, the finished product does not mean that the task is completed, because after the finished product comes out, it must be checked by the inspector to check the goods. So after the finished product comes out on the same day, don't backlog, and send it to the inspector for inspection in time. The handling of rework. The instructor and the inspector should communicate frequently, find out the quality problems found in each process and solve them one by one, and never allow a problem to continue. Otherwise, the assembly line will be messed up and will not flow smoothly.

4. Follow up the mantissa. When the semi-finished products and finished products are off the line, all relevant information must be collected, and one item must be completed and one item must not be delayed. Otherwise, it is easy to affect the delivery date and the production plan of the next product. In general, to ensure that the factory assembly line is unimpeded, the key is to ensure that each process cannot be backlogged.
