It is a very important process in the manufacturing industry. It can effectively prevent the workpiece from being corroded by the external environment, increase the life of the workpiece, and beautify the appearance of the workpiece. At present, the coating process in China is mainly done manually, and the quality of the coating is greatly affected by factors such as the technical proficiency of the workers and the environment. So what are the transportation methods in the spraying process? Let me take a look at it: Since the conductor is a cylindrical structure, it needs to be rotated when spraying, so a stable, flexible, and low failure rate automatic skid transportation method is selected . The conductors are mixed on the skid, and the upper part of the skid is provided with 4 conductor support slots that are consistent with the length of the skid body, that is, conductors of different sizes can be loaded on the upper part of a skid. The card slot is folded by high-quality cold-rolled galvanized steel plate and connected with the skid body by bolts, which can keep the manually placed support frame and conductor in a straight line at all times.


The skid conveying process is:   


(1) In the upper part, use the crane to hoist the conductor to the skid trolley, and activate the button to confirm the hoisting in place;   


(2) The spray booth moving machine automatically transfers the conductor from the upper part to the spraying area in the spray booth for painting;   


(3) After the operation is completed, the conductor is driven by the motor on the upper part of the moving machine to drive the skid trolley and transferred to the skid system of the leveling chamber, and the leveling operation is to be completed;   


(4) After completing the set leveling time, the leveling room skid system automatically transfers the conductor to the drying room for drying operation;   


(5) The conductors that have completed the drying operation are automatically transferred out of the oven by the skid system in the drying room, and transferred to the conductor lowering position, and then craned to the finished product storage area; this repeatedly completes the full-automatic conveying cycle of the conductor operation.
