In the whole process of the operation of the coating production line, there will be four major pollution sources. What are these four major pollution sources? In fact, the four major pollution sources of the coating production line include exhaust gas, wastewater, waste residue and noise. No matter which area the painting work is carried out, it will not prevent the confusion of these four major pollutions. 1. Noise pollution and remediation


At the beginning, noise is the pollution that everyone can easily recognize. The key to the noise of the painting production line is the centrifugal fan and transportation device. Therefore, the centrifugal fan and transportation device that meet the noise regulations must be used in the production line to spray the interior of the production workshop. The good thing is to set up sound insulation materials.


2. Waste gas pollution and remediation


The employees in the deep spraying production and manufacturing on the spot are very worried about the exhaust gas pollution caused by the whole process of spraying. The key to the exhaust gas comes from the exhaust gas from the front solution, the paint spray room, the leveling room, and the dryer equipment. The application of architectural coatings with no solvent or low composition is a reasonable way to deal with organic chemical solvents. Try to avoid the use of solvents and reduce solvents. 3. Wastewater pollution and solutions


However, wastewater is more difficult to solve, and the solution cost and cost are also very large. The wastewater comes from the deoiling, phosphating treatment, passivation treatment wastewater caused by the solution before spraying, the wastewater containing electrophoretic paint caused by the principle of negative electrophoresis, the spray booth of water-soluble building coatings and the wastewater caused by cleaning, and the paint spray booth circulation Waste water from the system's tap water to be discharged on time. Generally, all waste water is centralized in the basement of villas to carry out remediation according to the type of waste water. For the wastewater containing strong acid and strong alkali, carry out neutralization, settling, filtering, and sewage; for wastewater containing hexavalent chromium, electrolysis brine and organic chemical reduction methods are used to solve the problem. The paint spray booth wastewater is solved with fine coagulant. The paint slag is discharged automatically. The solved wastewater is reused in the recycling system, and the paint slag is burned or solved together with other industrial production wastes.


4. Waste residue pollution and solution


Waste residue pollution and remediation of waste residue are mainly to solve the precipitation caused by waste water. Generally, the dewatering body of a plate and frame filter press can be used to transport the waste residue to a dedicated waste residue storage site.
