Automatic spraying line: the specific operation method of water transfer printing


Place the water transfer film paper flat on the water surface of the film application equipment, with the pattern side facing up, and keep the water in the sink clean. In order to prevent the film from shaking in the water, a water baffle can be used to fix the position around it. After the film absorbs water, it forms a storage state parallel to the water and floats freely on the water surface. Due to the surface tension of the water, the ink layer will be evenly spread on the water surface. The placement time is generally about 60s, and then the activator is evenly sprayed on the surface of the membrane paper. After 5-15 seconds, the pattern layer is separated from the membrane paper. At this time, the holder with the workpiece placed in the hand is lowered in a certain direction, along the surface of the workpiece. The contour gradually approaches the water transfer film, and the pattern on the film paper is transferred to the surface of the workpiece under the action of water pressure. When the membrane is dissolved, use nets or special tools to catch the impurity particles in the water in time to keep the water body clean and not basically in a neutral state, otherwise the product quality will be affected. The specific operation method is as follows:


Determine the appropriate water temperature (25-32°C) and keep the water surface overflowing.


Keep the surface of the sink free of activator residue and impurities.


Placing the film: Determine the front and back of the film, with the printing layer facing up, and place the film flat on the water at an appropriate angle.


Set the dissolution time with the water temperature, generally the water temperature is about 25-32℃, and the dissolution time is 45-120s.


Depending on the thickness of the printing ink, the time to spray the activator and the thickness of the ink layer can be judged. The activator can be sprayed in advance to extend the activation time of the ink before it is completely dissolved. In general operating conditions, the activator can be sprayed after the film is dissolved in about 60 seconds. The film can be applied when the film is mirror-surfaced and flatly extended (months 5-15s).


Before the film is applied, it is necessary to select the water angle according to the shape or texture of the processed object to facilitate the air discharge.


After applying the film, do not immediately take it out of the water surface. You need to gently shake it back and forth for 3-5 seconds under the water surface to cut off the film or ink on the edge and increase the time for the lines to bite the processed object.


The activator spraying needs to be operated with a 0.8*4 hole spray gun and a stirrable pressure barrel, the spraying distance is about 30cm, the air pressure is adjusted properly, and there is no water splash.


The water pressure of the water spray cleaning needs to be adjusted properly to avoid the pattern falling off. If necessary, the water temperature can be heated to 35°C, the water volume of the sink needs to be overflowed, and then a water is completely clean, and the cleaning needs to be air dried and dried. Enter the furnace after quality control trimming. In order to achieve the desired effect, the best transfer conditions must be determined according to different products, and at the same time, the direction, angle, speed, time, etc. of the transfer must be considered. In principle, it is allowed that the pattern can be stretched appropriately to avoid repetition as much as possible; especially the joints, which overlap too much, give people a sense of chaos. The more complex the product, the higher the requirements for operation. It is very important to take shielding measures for products that do not require overall coating.
