The entire production line consists of 7 stations including on-line, drying, shielding, painting, leveling, drying, and off-line. In addition to the on-line and off-line, the 5 stations are composed of an integrated water trace drying room, The shielding room, the water jet spraying room, the leveling room and the drying room form a closed production line, which is separated from the workshop to ensure the relative cleanliness of the entire paint work area. In addition, a complete machine cleaning section is built at one end of the workshop to perform secondary cleaning of the complete machine. The transportation of the whole machine adopts double-plate ground-on-chain transportation, which improves the level of mechanization.

Regarding the modern coating equipment line, it can generally meet the needs of constant temperature, constant humidity and clean air (air dust content <10mg/m3); however, it is difficult to ensure constant temperature and constant humidity for the comparatively simple coating production line With clean air, the painted workpieces cannot reach the satisfactory coating effect, and it is easy to cause the paint film to produce pin (shrink) holes, orange peel, particles and other paint film defects. In order to prevent the occurrence of pinholes and orange peels in the paint film, the temperature and humidity in the spraying room should be improved at the beginning, so that the temperature and humidity in the spraying room can meet the technical requirements; secondly, the viscosity and thinner of the construction paint should be adjusted according to the different temperature and humidity. In general, the temperature of the spraying room must be controlled below 35℃ and the humidity must be controlled below 80% during spray painting.
