HS powder coating line

Powder coating on the coating line is a simple process that requires less skills and training. The item to be coated first removes all foreign matter from the surface. The low-carbon steel composition needs to pass through a phosphate conversion coating. The aluminum component passes through a chromium conversion coating. This, known as pretreatment, is used to improve the adhesion of the powder coating to provide a longer life jacket. The method used is usually chemical and water immersion in various tanks. Occasionally, this process may be automated, through a spray pretreatment process.
