The conveyor belt is usually a chain type or a steel belt type. Machined parts replace stamped parts and are connected by ball bearings. The number of continuous processes is large, simple, reliable, reasonable, durable, large assembly space, and the movement speed is determined by the slow process. Any process failure will cause the whole machine to stop running, flexible, low cost, and covering the multi-disk rotating transmission mechanism. Applicable occasions: The number of working procedures is more than that of the turntable assembly mechanism; the two sides of the product can be arranged to work, and the product has a large and stable batch; each processing time is similar.

Third, the characteristics of the conveyor belt type plate non-synchronous flexible powder coating production line: the tray is driven by the production belt between the workstations. In recent years, cheaper commodity components have been widely used. The flexibility is much higher than the synchronous assembly line; there is no limit to the number of processes; the automatic production line is easy to combine between a single process and multiple processes, adapts to different products in the product series, easily combines manual and automatic operations, and easily realizes automation step by step. Affected by other process changes, there is a short-term failure in the storage area that does not affect the working process of the entire system, and the assembly space is large, and the design of the transmission component is finally determined. Low speed (usually 20 working processes per minute), high equipment cost per unit product and large space. Application: high requirements for flexibility; low requirements for productivity, one system completes the assembly of a series of products, and the product structure features moderate changes; the number of processes is large, and the time for each process is not close.
