Inside, the remaining paint mist is completely intercepted in the water after being sprayed and purified by a multi-stage water curtain.

After the paint mist is removed, the airflow passes through the gas-water separation device to remove the odor, and the purified gas is then discharged to the outside. The paint mist captured by the water curtain flows into the holding tank with the water flow, and is sucked and filtered by the water pump. The paint residue floats on the water surface. Under the action of the paint coagulant added in the tank, it condenses into loose clumps, which can be scooped out by the container for centralized treatment. Keep the water clean. Through the function of the water curtain spray booth and auxiliary equipment, the purpose of painting the workpiece and purifying the paint mist can be completed ideally.

In terms of electrical explosion-proof (fire), there are also many deficiencies, such as: electrical explosion-proof (fire) level does not meet the requirements of national mandatory standards, explosion-proof (fire) equipment configuration is not complete and other issues. Since these problems generally do not affect the spraying quality of workpieces, they are often ignored or reduced due to cost considerations. Therefore, supervision and mandatory requirements of relevant departments are needed to promote them to eliminate hidden safety hazards, improve the working environment of operators, and The emission of waste gas (water) reaches the standard, and the environmental protection coating has been developed rapidly, which has played a positive role in reducing environmental pollution.
