What are the common deficiencies of the coating equipment production line:

1. The production of the coating production line does not meet the design requirements: some designs do not consider the suspension mode, suspension distance, up-and-down slope and horizontal turning interference, and the production time does not consider the scrap rate, equipment utilization rate and product peak production capacity. Therefore, the output does not meet the design standard.

2. The processing time of the coating production line is wrong: some designs reduce the processing time to achieve the goal and reduce the cost. Common examples are: lack of pre-transition time, resulting in liquid series; heating time in the curing process is not considered, resulting in poor curing. The paint is the result of insufficient leveling time in the flat film; after curing, the cooling is not enough, and the workpiece (or the next part) is overheated during painting.

3. The design and research guidelines for online production of coating production companies cannot be reached: some designs do not consider the hanging method of painting equipment (different painting pendants should consider their own different hanging methods), and do not consider the hanging spacing. It does not consider whether there is interference in the uphill and downhill, horizontal turning distance, and the waste rate, the utilization rate of coating equipment resources, the analysis of the production and operation capacity at the peak of product development, and so on in the management of production working time. In this way, they will directly cause the output to fall short of the instructional design guidelines.

4. The design of the conveying equipment of the coating production line is wrong: there are several ways to convey the workpiece. Poorly designed production capacity, process technology and adversely affect the upper and lower parts. The public transmission chain is hanging, and the carrying capacity and traction capacity are necessary to calculate the interference and the graph chain also needs to match the speed of the equipment. The painting equipment needs a stable and synchronized chain.

5. The online coating equipment of the coating production company can be incorrectly selected: due to different product quality requirements, the selection of equipment is also different, and each type of equipment has its own advantages and disadvantages. However, design issues cannot be explained to users, and they are not satisfied after manufacturing. For example, the powder spray drying tunnel adopts air curtain for heat insulation, and purification network equipment is not installed on the workpieces with clean development requirements. This method error is a common error in the painting assembly line.
