Operating procedures for painting equipment:

1. The coating machinery must start working before a test run, and the parts can only start working after normal operation. Note: If the ignition is not good once or twice, fortunately, the burner fan should be turned on for a period of time and exhaust before the second test.

2. The power supply must be cut off when debugging and repairing coating equipment.

3. When operating and woodworking engineering machinery, wear overalls and tighten the cuffs. Female comrades must be required to wear related work caps, braids or put them in caps; gloves, scarves, etc. are not allowed for management operations.

4. Coating equipment operators must be proficient in the construction, performance, operation, and maintenance methods of various machinery, so that they can be used by dedicated personnel and responsible for them.

5. For shafts, chains, pulleys, belts and other moving parts of the coating equipment, the shield should be provided with a protective plate.

6. In the event of abnormal development or occurrence of mechanical equipment operation and other system failures, the power supply should be cut off immediately and the machine should be stopped for maintenance.

7. The surrounding area of the equipment is flammable, so fireworks should be strictly prohibited.
